Coverage from the 44 Ramps and Gator Skins Beach Blowout Skate Jam at the Duke Festival of Surfing. New Brighton, Christchurch on March 23rd.
It seemed like every single skater from the Canterbury region showed up to the New Brighton mini-ramp jam at the Duke Festival of Surfing. With fifty-eight registered skaters, the action was non-stop. Heats ran from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm, with a killer little street course on the side to entertain anybody really champing at the bit. Here’s a collection of snaps from throughout the day – if you couldn’t make it, this is what you missed out on.
