Flat Rate Shipping (NZ only)
We charge a flat rate of $7 per order for shipping to urban addresses in NZ.
Rural Surcharges (NZ only)
A $5 surcharge applies (per delivery) to rural addresses. The surcharge is added to the cart once you have entered your delivery address.
Shipping for subscriptions
Shipping is included in the price of all one- and two-year subscriptions. However, a surcharge is applied for rural addresses. The surcharge is $5 per issue of the magazine. The rural surcharge on a one-year subscription is $10, and $20 for a two-year subscription. The surcharge is added to the cart once you have entered your delivery address.
Orders within New Zealand
We use Courier Post or Post Haste to send our orders and subscriptions so they get to you on time. The services are fully tracked, so your precious stuff won’t get lost. Shipping prices are flat rates. Prices will be displayed in your cart once you have entered your delivery address. Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days. Spend over $75, and we’ll courier your goods for free.
Orders to Australia
We offer two flat-rate shipping options to send to Australia. International Airmail – This is an untracked service, will cost you $25.00, and takes 3-10 working days. International Economy Courier – This one’s tracked, costs $35.00 and takes 2-6 working days. Spend over $150, and we’ll courier your goods for free.
International Orders
For all you other peeps out there, you’ve got these two options: International Airmail (untracked) – $35.00 and takes 3-10 working days, and International Economy Courier (tracked) – $45.00 and takes 2-6 working days. Spend over $300, and we’ll courier your goods for free.
Tracking Numbers
If you have chosen a shipping service that is tracked, we will load the tracking code against the appropriate order once it has been dispatched. A confirmation email will be sent to you with this info once your order has been dispatched. You can also log into your account to view this information.
