Things to know

Prizes

1st — 12 shoes over 12 months. (Valued at $2,000)
2nd — 6 shoes over 6 months. (Valued at $1,000)
3rd — 3 shoes over 3 months. (Valued at $500)

About your video

1. Include three tricks in a line without falling off.
2. Be no longer than 30 seconds.
3. Street footage is preferred.
4. Don’t use brand logos, titles or captions in your videos.
5. Original footage only (no previously used footage).

How to enter

1. Entries open on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
2. Entries close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, April 21, 2024.
3. Entry is free.
4. Post your original clip on Instagram.

Conditions

1. Your account needs to be public for your entry to be valid.
2. By entering, you agree to allow New Balance Numeric and Manual Magazine to share your original footage online to promote the Your Lines competition and related activities.
3. Follow the sharing guidelines of Instagram.

What the judges looking for

Entries will be judged by a panel of skaters, filmers and editors based on the quality and craft of the skating, filming and editing. They will narrow down the selection to the top five clips.

1. Originality.
2. Style and approach.
3. Choice of spots and location.
4. Engagement (It made us want to skate).

Top five and public voting

The top five entries will be posted on the @manualmagazine’s Instagram account for public voting on Friday, April 26, 2024.

Winners

Winners will be announced on Friday, May 3, 2024.
