As you get older, it’s harder to find the time to get out and skate. And then to get out there and film in the streets and get results is harder still as time goes by. There might be constraints on the session, on the spot, on your body. And time just keeps going by with no regard for us and our useless wooden toys. I am stoked to witness the scene transform here over the years, and I look forward to the future of skateboarding not just in Nelson but in NZ in general.

I tried to source mainly local Nelson-made bands or artists. About half the tracks used are artists from Nelson — the rest are Kiwi artists. None of which I have the official rights to use, but in some cases, I’ve talked to the artist and gotten an informal blessing.
