Hey all. I hope you all had a suitably festive time doing whatever you do at this time of year. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Razorwyre go and drop an update and promo clip online for their upcoming full-length debut, Another Dimension. I’m hoping you’re already familiar with the band (if you’re not, get schooled right here) but from the sounds of the new track, The Infinite/Desert Inferno, it’s going to be NWOBHM/thrashing heaven when the album drops in early 2012.
It’s been a long time coming. The band’s debut EP, Coming Out, seems like a very long time ago, and there’s bound to be a groundswell of anticipation for their first full-length. They have a solid live reputation, and from the sounds of their new track they’re taking a big leap in compositional confidence. Another Dimension is all set to be a crucial release for NZ metal in 2012.
