E-Clipse

Two Skateboarders I won’t ever ever get tired of are (if you haven’t worked out by now) Josh Kalis and Stevie Williams. They ooze every thing that any self respecting young man would want to stand for. As a combo they are also up there with Keenan and Gino. They ain’t playin’! Kalis bouncing to DGK, best move ever. This clip of Kalis and Stevie, well I will let you decide for yourself. Enjoy, I certainly will. Again and again and again.

My Peripheral

Now here’s something to think about.

Fine Tuning

Since last week I have been bent on this album. I go to put something on and everytime, all the time, all I can come up with is this. So, in turn, all I can come up with today is this. Anyone in Nuzee sellin’ Hiero tees? Hit me up on this. I’m keen as! “It’s the pimp, thirty hoes and a colour TV”. Now go find this joint.

Bonus Fine Tuning

You gotta check this. It’s so dope and it’s from our own shores. Oh yeah, homeboy’s got the mad skills on his board too! Nice work Jesse, keep it coming homie! One love.

Stomping Grounds

When I think back to when this shoe was released I can remember not really being to into it at all. More to the point though, I never understood how one could skate in it. It was almost like it was concaved on the sole length ways. I used to try ‘em on in the shop for days and just be so puzzled. A few people I knew had ‘em and seemed to skate fine in them though and the man who designed them definitely didn’t have problems! Just recently I was watching some footage and a little switch went off. I was like whoa! That shoe is actually the fuckin’ business. Why didn’t I know that earlier? All day I dream of just skating in ball boots and this was probably the ultimate skate brand shoe that was ever made. No skate shoe company would even touch that sort of shit these days. The closest you would get is a dunk, but this is different. It’s been hard to find a decent image of them, because the navy/grey are the ones I liked the most. For the record it is also impossible to get a cup sole navy grey shoe these days period! So you will have to put up with these images and maybe check out Stevie wearing them in the little clip of him and Kalis I posted this week for confirmation of how dope they actually look when worn. Here’s the DC S. Williams.
